Hayes Auction Service has one of the largest indoor and outdoor auction facilities in Maryland. Located at Green Manor Farm in St. Mary’s County, the unique facility boast more than 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor auction space and 60+ acres of outdoor auction space, combined with amenities such as large parking and staging areas, restrooms and even food served by the Mechanicsville Optimist Club. Our location can comfortably handle your estate auction indoors all the way up to large equipment auction outdoors, in a unique atmosphere that is unmatched by any regional facility.

In fact, Green Manor Farm, the location of Hayes Auction Services, was once home to the largest collection of rural life antiques in the country and was host to the annual Farm Life Festival, which ended in 2009. Auctions can often lead to a long day in the sun, or even caught in the rain, but our indoor facilities, combined with our clean restrooms, ample parking, staging areas and delicious food provided by the local Optimist Club (with 100% proceeds going to the community), create a unique auction atmosphere that leaves everyone satisfied.
